Throughout the course, the CNCL intends to promote a harmonious climate, favourable to fulfilment and success, based on confidence and mutual respect as well as on personal integrity.
Furthermore, the CNCL believes that all success must be earned. This success is measured by the degree of effort, work, determination and tenacity as well as the organisational structure and the spirit of initiative that each individual intends to devote to it.
PUNCTUALITY AND COURSE ATTENDANCE

Attend a minimum of 80% of classes. The session will have to be repeated at the full rate if there is an absentee rate of over 20%.
The students are responsible for their own educational approach throughout the program by looking to integrate the best of their knowledge from their personal life.
The CNCL encourages personalized note taking. It is forbidden to record the course. However, the CNCL records each of its classes and recordings are available on the student website. The passing grade required for each exam is 60%. All failed exams are subject to a retake for which the passing grade shall be 65%. In case of absence or failure of an exam the student himself is responsible for scheduling a retake with the teacher. A $50 fee will be charged. If the retake exam is failed the student must take the course again at the full price.
The thesis must be handed in one year following the completion of the 6 educational sessions. The creation of workshops, courses or other activities related to naturopathy may be credited.
The passing mark required for each research project is 65%.
Any plagiarism, cheating or falsification of any nature be it related to the exams, homework and/or thesis will result in immediate expulsion without any right of appeal.
The CNCL reserves the right to expel any student not respecting the tuition fees payment schedule.
The presentation of a thesis, the passing of all exams as well as the payment of tuition fees are required in order to be eligible for graduation.
Each CNCL course is prepared by the executive council according to its own criteria. It is therefore unlikely that a student will be able to obtain an equivalency for a course within the program.

Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent
The CNCL reserves the right, under certain conditions, to accept applicants with a high school diploma or who have acquired knowledge or experience relevant to the field of natural health

A 5% discount is granted to all students who pay the full tuition of $12,000 in a single payment at registration.
The CNCL charges a 2% fee in interest per month on any late payment.
Students who fail to pay their course fees may be expelled from school.
ABANDONMENT OF COURSE
A student who wishes to abandon his training must notify the CNCL in writing or complete the course cancellation form
The student must pay any outstanding balance (calculated according to the Consumer Protection Act) to the CNCL within 10 business days
If applicable, the CNCL will reimburse any amount due (calculated based on the Consumer Protection Act) to the student within 10 business days of termination.
Students will pay an additional fee of $25 for any cheque returned to the CNCL by their financial institution.
